It features premium 304 stainless steel, countertop rear exhaust, high-heat ceramic infrared burner, high-performance tube-log burner, and a double-walled removable top. The full 8.5-inch opening features removable stainless steel-framed glass doors that open to the 456 square inches of cooking space. Use the integrated halogen oven light to easily monitor your pizza. The 3/4-inch thick ceramic slab hearth and ceiling provides even, intense radiating heat while the natural air-cooling plenum keeps the control panel cool to the touch. This countertop pizza oven is available in LP or Natural Gas.
